Hatch Learning Academy – Student Policies & Terms
Welcome to Hatch Learning Academy. By enrolling in any course, students agree to follow the policies below. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth learning experience for all students and teachers.
1. Fees & Payment Policy
- Full course fee payment is required at the time of admission to confirm enrollment.
- Seats will only be reserved after full payment has been received.
- All course fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been made.
- Fees cannot be adjusted, transferred, or carried forward to another batch or student.
2. Course Duration

The course duration is 3 months and will be completed according to the planned schedule.

Students are advised not to miss classes, as the course timeline will continue as scheduled.

The academy is not responsible if a student falls behind due to missed classes.
3. Class Schedule

Classes will be conducted 2–3 times per week according to the announced schedule.

Any changes to the class schedule will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
4. Attendance Policy

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and be punctual.

If a student misses a class, that class will not be reconducted or repeated separately.

Students are responsible for requesting notes, recordings (if available), or updates from classmates or instructors.
5. Teacher Absence Policy

If a teacher misses a scheduled class due to any reason, Hatch Learning Academy will compensate for it.

The missed class will be covered through an extra class in the following week or through another suitable arrangement.
6. Punctuality Policy

Students should join classes on time.

Repeated late attendance may disrupt class flow and affect learning progress.
7. Student Conduct & Respect Policy

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior with teachers and fellow students at all times.

Any form of inappropriate language, harassment, disrespectful conduct, disruption, or misbehavior will not be tolerated.

Hatch Learning Academy reserves the right to remove or suspend a student in cases of serious misconduct without fee refund.
8. Learning Responsibility

Students are encouraged to complete assignments, practice regularly, and actively participate in class activities.

Progress depends on attendance, practice, and personal effort.
9. Technical Issues

Students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and access to the required devices for online classes.

The academy will not be responsible for learning interruptions caused by personal internet or device issues.
10. Policy Updates
Hatch Learning Academy reserves the right to update or modify policies when necessary. Students will be informed of any significant changes.
